Lloyd’s has appointed Mike Bracken, Nigel Hinshelwood and Fiona Luck o its franchise board as non-executive directors for a three-year period commencing March 1, 2018. Luck has been a non-executive director of the Bermuda Monetary Authority (which regulates the financial services on the island) since 2013. Previously, she was non-executive director at Catlin Holdings and Allied World Holdings and, prior to that, spent a decade at XL. Bracken was formerly chief digital officer at the Co-Op Group and prior to that, he was the UK government’s executive director, digital and chief data officer. Hinshelwood was most recently head of the UK, and deputy chief executive officer, of HSBC Bank, and prior to that was a partner at Ernst & Young
