We hope that you never have to make a claim under an insurance policy arranged by us on your behalf. However, if you do, the Claims team will make the process as straightforward as possible for you so that your Insurers settle your claim quickly and fairly, subject to the terms and conditions of your policy
When your policy was arranged we agreed with you the level of cover you required. If you perform a flight outside the scope of your policy you may invalidate your insurance policy.
Therefore, before any flight, we urge you to ensure that the flight complies with your policy coverage. If you need to change the scope of cover for a flight, you must contact us before such flight(s) so that we can amend the scope of cover as necessary.
You must also ensure that your paperwork, licenses and aircraft documents (Certificate of Airworthiness for example) are current as they will be required by Insurers when assessing your claim. If they are not your Insurer may refuse to pay your claim.
