At JLTI we wish to create an active pool of managerial resources with multi-functional exposure and those that can be developed for strategic roles in the future. We do so through an active Management Training and Internship programme that we run for candidates fresh out of top tier B-schools.
This 12-month program offers diverse opportunities in several specialised areas such as Knowledge Services, Finance, Group Business Process Management and Operations, with an opportunity to travel around the world and work on engaging and challenging assignments.
The Management Trainee Programme includes:
- Deep Dive Induction Programme to understand the Organisation Goals, Processes and Projects
- Three projects of 24 weeks each in the different verticals in the function they have been hire
- Mentorship from Senior Management during the projects
